Diffusion tensor imaging reconstruction of white matter tracts in Matt's brain
Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) reconstruction of my own brain's white matter tracts

Welcome to my site. I'm a data scientist with a background spanning machine learning, genomics, and neuroimaging research.

I'm currently at SoCalGas, where I work on data science problems in the energy sector.

Before that, I was at Trace Genomics, a biotech startup in the agricultural industry, where we built models combining genomics, soil chemistry, and machine learning to help farmers understand what's happening in their soil.

Earlier in my career I spent several years in brain imaging research, applying statistics and ML to study neurodegenerative diseases and building data processing pipelines to handle large-scale neuroimaging datasets.
